Saturday's itinerary included the rare opportunity to experience Jim Sorel's "Revolting Romanian Revolution Tour" in the morning and more holding babies and water fun at the orphanage.

Jack Broadbent in front of the Church of the Patriarch - the Romanian Orthodox equivalent of the Vatican - which is connected to the House of Representatives, pondering the intricacies of separation of church and state. btw the Patriarch is also the President of the House of Representatives.

Dec. 16th 1989 1/2 million people were assembled in this central Revolution Plaza - the temperature was very cold (think Minnesota in Dec.) at the order of the dictator Nicolae Ceauşescu. When the crowd began to chant "Down with Ceauşescu" the tanks came in and the bullets began to fly - thousands were killed and the Romanian Communist era came to an end. Kathi Gomes just can't get enough of the babies. "They're sooooo cute!

Jack and the kids havin' a wonderful wet day.

O.K. this was actually Friday at the girl's transition home but we thought you'd like to see Keith Connor and Dennis Montzingo sweating in the heat working on a broken foosball table - this will be a well used toy during the summer camps.
